
A women's group boundaries class focuses on empowering participants to recognize, establish, and maintain healthy boundaries in various aspects of their lives. We will learn how to identify personal limits, communicate needs effectively, and navigate relationships with confidence and respect. The class creates a safe and supportive space where women can explore challenges related to setting boundaries, overcome guilt or fear, and build skills for asserting their autonomy without feeling selfish or overextended.
